Interpretive structural modelling of inter-agency collaboration risk in public safety networks

Abstract Inter-agency collaboration is a well-established, yet very difficult process in public governance. Despite the fact that it often unsuccessful, risk research still undeveloped and impact of this on effectiveness joint activities underestimated. This issue particular significance safety networks, where inter-agency processes are conducted under conditions complexity uncertainty. For reason, article intended to: (1) identify factors (2) determine individual outcomes, (3) relationship between (4) analyse growth networks. These purposes were achieved using Systematic Literature Review based PRISMA Group methodology Interpretive Structural Modelling together with MICMAC analysis. The applied approach also has some limitations resulting from number experts. However, results obtained allow us to better understand issues They key factors, such as inappropriate rules inadequate allocation tasks resources. In consequence, they indicate symptoms worth keeping track order prevent ineffectiveness.
